Crêperie de la Mer is a French crêperie and coffee shop in the heart of the Beach Haven historic district on Long Beach Island, NJ. Serving authentic crêpes (Memorial day to Labor Day), prepared to order in front of you with fresh ingredients; as well as traditional pastries and espresso based specialty beverages including, Italian roasted beans French press coffee, offered year round.

Established in 2017, John and Nadia Albright had a clear and certain vision for a French-inspired crêperie and coffee shop on Long Beach Island, offering what they call "grandmother style comfort food in a kitchen away from home setting".
John grew up spending summers on LBI and Nadia is from Paris. John is a chef trained in the art and craft of French cooking from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and Johnson Wales University in RI, who spent some time apprenticing with Chef Jacques Pépin.

With bittersweet hearts, we are announcing that our last day of operation will be August 23rd.

As Crêperie de la Mer & French Café prepares to celebrate its upcoming 10th season, it is also with deep emotion we are sharing the news that it will also be our final year of operation.
This extraordinary journey has surpassed our wildest dreams, with memories we will cherish forever. Our hearts are full of appreciation for our loyal customers—many of whom have become dear friends—and for all our employees, past and present, who have helped us live out this dream over the last decade.
We want to sincerely thank you for being a part of our story. We hope to see you throughout this last season so we can celebrate these wonderful years together before we close our doors.
